In the library, I just saw that book which took all my attention by title “U.S. Economic Policy Toward Africa”. American aid had been mostly the strategic action to rebuild the economy of Africa. However, the policies of U.S. Economy were not really approved. Those countries began to think about the industrialization, but they argued “scarce resources will tend to be misdirected into parallel and over lapping investments; and the possibilities of attracting private capital from abroad will be reduced”; They do not wanted American policy because it will not promote regional economic so that it can expand for large markets.
