The topic of my Final paper

I chose to talk about "Discrimination on women (workplace).It took me time to find a really good interresting topic i want to do on my essay.From my point of view, discrimination on women at work is everywhere around the world.But for my essay, i will focus more on comparing how women are treated in workplace between where i am from and in the United States.
